CAT1320YI-45-T3 Overview

Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 3V volts. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 3mA.
