There is a Non-Volatile memory type associated with this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tube case as well. The file is embedded in a 32-LCC (J-Lead) case. It is estimated that the memory size on the chip is 256Kb 32K x 8. This device uses a EEPROM-format memory, which is of mainstream design. Due to its wide operating temperature range, this device can be used in a wide variety of demanding applications. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V can be supplied to memory ics.
