CYIL1SM1300AA-GDC Overview
145-PGA packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 3V~6V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray to keep them safe. 145 pins are available on the image sensor. In order for image sensors to operate properly, they should be powered by 6V voltage. Ensure that the maximum operating temperature of the image sensors is set to 60°C. As a result, the temperature should not be lower than 0°C when image sensors are operating.
