The forward voltage of this device is 2A.Electronic components in the 4-SMD, Gull Wing package are basically the same.This device is mounted in the Through Hole position.Keeping it at -55°C~150°C TJ ensures its normal operation.You can use rectifier to support a maximum output voltage of 2A.Surge current should be monitored and not be allowed to exceed 85A.In order to power this device, there is a reverse voltage peak of 3μA.
