DF10S2 Overview

There is no forward voltage applied to this device.The component is available as a 4-SMD, Gull Wing package.A Through Hole mounting method is used for the device.In order to ensure normal operation, the temperature must be set to -55°C~150°C TJ.This device is capable of supporting the maximum output voltage of 2A.Monitor surge currents and limit them to zero.Using a reverse voltage of 3μA, this device can be powered.
