DFB2005 Product Details
DFB2005 Overview
A forward voltage of 20A is required to operate this device.Basically, it's an electronic component with a 4-SIP, TS-6P package.Through Hole is the method of mounting the device.Keeping it at -55°C~150°C TJ ensures its normal operation.Monitor surge current and prevent it from exceeding 250A.There is a peak reverse voltage of 10μA which is used to power this device.
DFB2005 Features
20A forward voltage forward voltage of 20A 4-SIP, TS-6P package operating at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ peak reverse voltage of 10μA a reverse voltage peak of 10μA
