DLE30C Overview

Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 200V.This device has an average rectified current of 3A volts.There is no limit to the forward current value.Surge current can reach maximum value 60A.In terms of output current, the maximum value is 1.5A.As indicated by the data chart in the datasheets, the peak reverse is 10μA.
