A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 34 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 34-PowerTFQFN package. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation.
