FAN3100TSX is a type of high-speed, low-side gate driver provided by ON Semiconductor, which is able to deliver fast MOSFET switching performance, helping maximize efficiency in high-frequency power converter designs. It is able to provide high peak current pulses during the short switching intervals, so as to drive an N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET in low-side switching applications.
