Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 4.5V~18V supply voltage.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number FAN3226.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.In the maximum case, the output current can be 3A volts.This device is capable of delivering 3A current.Its maximum power dissipation of 460mW also demonstrates its maximum ability to transfer power without overheating.To maintain higher stability, the supply current should always be 1.2mA.Gate drivers in this series are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
