FAN48632UC35X Description

FAN48632UC35X developed by ON Semiconductor is a type of pulsed-load synchronous regulator with bypass mode for GSM PA supply. It provides a compact solution for systems using advanced Li?Ion battery chemistries based on built?in power transistors, synchronous rectification, and low supply current. The FAN48632UC35X boost regulator is able to offer a minimum output voltage (VOUT(MIN)) from a single?cell Li?Ion battery, even when the battery voltage is below the system minimum.
