FAN5066M Overview
As a result of 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~5.25V. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 80kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
