FAN5068MPX Overview

There are 4 outputs supported by it. It is packaged in a 24-WQFN Exposed Pad container to facilitate transportation. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. In addition to Controller, DDR, this device targets other applications as well. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -10°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction. This regulator requires a voltage input of 4.5V~5.5V.
