As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING CONTROLLER, it is a SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Programmable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket.
