Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 6-UFBGA, WLCSP package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 6MHz. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation.
