With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. A 4.5V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher.
