A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.A total of 6 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 28 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.As a result, it is configured with 28 pins when it is designed.With a supply voltage of 15V, it is designed to operate.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 650mA.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.
