The technology is designed to minimize conduction losses, provide superior switching performance, a high dV/dt rate, and higher avalanche energy. Consequently, SuperFET MOSFETs are well suited for switching power applications such as PFC, server/telecom power, FPD TV power, ATX power, and industrial power.
