FUSB302MPX Overview
The 14-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains it. It's packaged in the shape of a Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to -40°C~85°C. It should be able to operate on a 2.8V~5.5VV power supply. In it, there are 14 terminations. High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 3.3V. Currently, there is 25μA supply. There are currently 2 channels available. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 5.5V. For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V.
