J174 Product Details
J174 Description
J174 is a P-Channel switch featuring Silicon symmetrical p-channel junction FETs in a plastic TO-92 envelope for use with analog switches, choppers, and commutators, among other applications. The interchangeability of the drain and source connectors is a unique feature. J174 FETs are used in chopper stabilized amplifiers and low-level analog switching sample and hold circuits. Process 88 was used, according to the J174 datasheet.
