KA75250ZBU Overview

Packaged in a Bulk-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management is included in the Through Hole mount. This power management system has 3 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 300mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 15V volts. Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -25°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 500μA.
