A Tape & Box (TB) package is used to package the power management. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The power management is mounted by Through Hole. Pin count of the power management is 3. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 300mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 15V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Through Hole type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -25°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
