Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. 14.5V~15.5V should be the supply voltage for the image sensors. In order to minimize the risk of damage to the image sensors, we will package them in the Bulk. An image sensor with a dynamic range of 64 dB should be used. The optical format of the image sensor is 1/2 inch. Image sensors have 67 pins.
