KAI-16000-CXA-JD-B2 Overview

Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 40-BCPGA packages. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V on the image sensors. The image sensors will be protected from damage by the Bulk. Pins 40 are connected to the image sensor. As long as the image sensors are operating, their voltage should be 15.5V.
