KAI-16070-PXA-JD-B1 Overview

For safety reasons, image sensors are packaged in 71-BCPGA packages. 14.5V~15.5V should be the supply voltage for the image sensors. It is intended to protect these image sensors from damage by enclosing them in the Bulk. There are 71 pins on the image sensor. During operation, the voltage supplied by image sensors should be 15.5V.
