The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Bulk external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.±1.5% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 2.5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 235.3 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "LM285".It is suitable for 20mA input applications.It is appropriate for Through Hole applications.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 2.5V voltage at its maximum.Generally, 30μA is what its cathode current should be.
