Packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case, the buffer op amp is ready to use. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. A Tube case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. We are approaching the 14h termination of the year. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 5V. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. It has 14 pins that make up the linear amplifier.
