LM350T Description

The LM350T is a three-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying an excess of 3.0 A and a voltage range of 1.2 to 33 volts. The voltage regulator is simple to use, with only two external resistors required to set the output voltage. Internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area compensation ensure that it is never blown out. The LM350T is suitable for a wide range of applications, including local, SSE-regulated applications. By putting a fixed resistor between the trim and output, the LM350T can be used as a precision current regulator or as a simple adjustable switching regulator.
