LM385BZ-2.5G Overview
A handy package called TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Tube variable is used in this program.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±1.5%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 2.5V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled.For PCB designs that require high precision, Through Hole is available.Working within 0°C~70°C TA is my area of expertise.By searching "LM385B, you can find more relevant parts.For Through Hole applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 20mA.A maximum voltage of 2.5V is generated by it.Generally, the cathode current should be 30μA.Its lowest voltage output is 2.5V.Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) are present in the voltage reference circuit?2.5V matter what the external conditions are, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 2.5V.
