LM385Z-1.2G Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Bulk external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.-2.4% +2.01% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 1.235V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.3 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "LM385".It is appropriate for Through Hole applications.You cannot expect output current higher greater than 20mA from the reference voltage.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 1.235V voltage at its maximum.Generally, 20μA is what its cathode current should be.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 1.235V lower than 1.235V.Does the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?
