LM431CCZ Overview


A handy package called TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Bulk variable is used in this program.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.5%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 36V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Adjustable form.Temperatures should not rise above NOT SPECIFIED during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled.For PCB designs that require high precision, Through Hole is available.Working within -25°C~85°C TA is my area of expertise.By searching "LM431, you can find more relevant parts.For Through Hole applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 100mA.A maximum voltage of 36V is generated by it.Generally, the cathode current should be 1mA.Its lowest voltage output is 2.495V.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 37V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.There would be 36V higher voltage than 36V from the voltage reference circuit.
