The MAX809SQ308T1G is a low-cost system supervisor circuit that monitors VCC in digital systems and, when necessary, sends a reset signal to the host CPU. There are no external components required. On the VCC line, the MAX809SQ308T1G is tuned to reject quick transient errors. MAX809SQ308T1G is suitable for battery-powered applications due to its low supply current of 0.5 A (VCC = 3.2 V).
