Logical driver uses a neat 28-LCC (J-Lead) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of -4.2V~-5.7V. Qualified to operate within 0°C~85°C TA. Logical driver can deal with Push-Pull output (s). Digital buffer is one of the 10E series devices. 28 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 10E family part. 28 pins are set with the electric part.
