MC14020BD Overview

It is a device supplied in the SOIC package. 16 terminations are used for its configuration. The supply voltage of 5V enables it operate in a fully flexible way. It is designed to operate over a specified temperature range with lower limit generally set at -55°C. The minimum supply voltage (Vsup) is as low as 3V. The maximum voltage available for the device reaches 18V. There are 1 input lines used to input binary data in the form of on/off signals. It is equipped with 12 output lines.
