Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this receiver.Several solutions have used this Receiver can transceiver in a variety of applications due to its Receiver IC nature.Ideally, you should place this wide receiver on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 4.5V~5.5V for power supply.As many as 0/4 receivers/drivers are eligible for use on this electronic part.IC receiver is designed for applications with a temperature of 0°C~75°C.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 5V can operate efficiently.The integrated terminations of this wide receiver allow it to drive and receive signals from data.ICs that are packaged with market standard pinouts are available on the market.This part number MC1489 can be used to search for more variants based on the product type, temperature, package, etc.It is a 14-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation controls.A combination of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting reduces the package size dramatically.As a result of the design of this transceiver module, the input voltage supply is designed to operate at 5V.3 volts.Driver ICs are designed to work with a 5V power supply and this driver IC is one of them.In module isolated transceiver are 4 receivers.Additionally, this optical transceiver module features the RESPONSE CONTROL function, which improves the stability and accuracy of signal management in general.
