Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 72kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 7.5V. Featuring a 3.3A Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 40V.
