There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. This is a General Purpose type op amp. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Cut Tape (CT) case. The number of terminations is approaching the 14 mark. In this case, there are 14 pins on the board.
