MJL4302A Overview
DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 80 @ 5A 5V DC current gain. The collector emitter saturation voltage is 1V, giving you a wide variety of design options.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation. The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is -15A.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 35MHz.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 15A volts.
