This N-Channel MOSFET is produced using Fairchild Semiconductor's state-of-the-art PowerTrench? technology, which has been developed to lower the on-state resistance while preserving good switching performance. In addition to a sizable reduction in on-resistance, these devices are designed to deliver a high level of dv/dt capability for the most demanding applications.
