MPF4392G Description
MPF4392G is a 30V N-channel JFET Switching Transistor. This N-channel JFET MPF4392G is designed for analog switching and chopper applications. The SOT-23 package can be soldered using wave or reflow. The modified gull-winged leads absorb thermal stress during soldering eliminating the possibility of damage to the die. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -65 and 150℃. And the transistor MPF4392G is in the TO-92 package with 350mW power dissipation.
