As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 40 @ 10mA 1V.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 250mV, giving you a wide variety of design options.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 250mV @ 1mA, 10mA.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 4.5V can result in a high level of efficiency.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a 200mA current rating.The part has a transition frequency of 500MHz.Collector current can be as low as 200mA volts at its maximum.
