NB3H5150MNTXG Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Providing a maximum frequency of 161.1328MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~3.465V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. LVCMOS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
