The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. With the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 2.375V~3.6V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used.
