As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. 180kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.8V as an input voltage. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 80mA Switch output current of voltage regulator. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V.
