Capsuled in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2.45V~5.5V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable which allows efficient switching control.
