NCP167BMX330TBG Description
The NCP167BMX330TBG is a linear regulator with a current output of 700 mA. The NCP167BMX330TBG device is designed to fulfill the needs of RF and analog circuits, with low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and excellent load/line transients. The device is made to work with a ceramic capacitor having a 1 F input and a 1 F output. It comes in two thicknesses: 0.35P, 0.65 mm x 0.65 mm Chip Scale Package (CSP) and XDFN4 0.65P, 1 mm x 1 mm XDFN4 0.65P, 1 mm x 1 mm.
