This program utilizes the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.There is an external packaging of Tape & Reel (TR).With 3, different functions are terminated.Precision voltage measurements require ±0.5% tolerance.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 36V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.Adjustable forms are provided for user input.A part with 3 pins is included.Pins 3 are firmly seated in the part.Use of Surface Mount can increase the complexity of the PCB design.-40°C~85°C TA is suitable for work within this range.Surface Mount is the right platform for the application.There is 100mA way the reference voltage can output more current than 100mA in this case.The maximum output voltage of the voltage reference ic amounts to 36V volts.Cathode currents of 60μA are generally considered to be correct.The lowest voltage output of the voltage reference ic is 2.5V.As the input voltage of this voltage reference ic is 2.5125V, users should confine the voltage accordingly.It starts running at 2.4875V voltage at least, according to the record.Voltage 36V would be the highest that the voltage reference circuit could send.
