NCP51403MNTXG Overview
Currently, it supports a total of 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad. In Tape & Reel (TR) package, ready for shipping. Easy adaptability thanks to Surface Mount universal mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use at LDO (Linear), DDR as well as other applications. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C to avoid mal-function. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 2.375V~5.5V. There are 10 pins on the power regulator. There should be a 3A output from the external regulator at present. A voltage higher than 2.375Vis required for the input of this alternator regulator. In order to interface with this regulator, OTHER TERMINATOR IC is used.
