NCP51530BMNTWG Description
For ACDC power supplies and inverters, the NCP51530 is a 700 V high side and low side driver with 3.5 A source & 3 A sink current driving capability. At high operating frequencies, the NCP51530 provides best-in-class propagation delay, low quiescent current, and low switching current. This gadget is designed to work with high-frequency power supply that are extremely efficient. Two NCP51530 models are available: NCP51530A and NCP51530B. The typical propagation delay for NCP51530A is 60 ns, whereas the normal propagation delay for NCP51530B is 25 ns. Packages for NCP51530 include SOIC8 and DFN10.
