NCP5358MNTXG Overview

For greater flexibility, the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is based on 4 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~13.2V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of 0°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number NCP5358.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 30V.
